NLFA FARM SAFETY: REQUEST A FIRST AID KIT

The NLFA Farm Safety Program promotes safe farm practices for all agriculture workers in Newfoundland and Labrador by providing a free personal sized first aid kit for your farm vehicle and/or workplace by request.*

*Eligibility Requirements:

- Recipient must be a current NLFA member in good standing
- Limit of 2 first aid kits per person, per calendar year

​This initiative is our way of giving a small token of our gratitude to you for your membership, and to work towards keeping Newfoundland and Labrador farms safer. The free personal sized first aid kit is great for storing in your farm vehicle or workplace. You can view the dimensions and contents of the kits on the St. John Ambulance website by clicking HERE.

Once you fill out the form below and your request is approved, an email confirmation will be sent after the item has shipped.

Funding for the first aid kits has been provided by the Sustainable Canadian Agricultural Partnership, a $3.5-billion, 5-year agreement (2022-2028), between the federal, provincial and territorial governments to strengthen the competitiveness, innovation, and resiliency of Canada’s agriculture, agri-food and agri-based products sector. The agreement includes $1 billion in federal programs and activities and $2.5 billion in cost-shared programs and activities funded by federal, provincial and territorial governments.
