• Testing the green house gas calculating software called HOLOS,
• Providing farmers with information about greenhouse gas mitigation and the HOLOS software,
• Working with the Soil Conservation Council of Canada SCCC) who are facilitating the project on a national basis,
• Promoting the service with farmers,

• Industry wide human resource research and analysis,
• Organizing an Agriculture and Agri-foods Labour Market Symposium,
• Development of a human resource tool for the industry and public,
• Development of a public awareness plan & career profiles.
