Applicant Proposal Checklist

• Completed CAAP Application Form (TYPED). (An electronic copy is preferred, however a typed hard copy will be accepted.)
• Letters of Support
• Brochures on Equipment, Product and/or other necessary details
• Detailed Project Budget
• Financial Statements
• Other Supporting Documentation
• Disclosure of all Financial Partners
• Communication Plan (e.g.. Demonstration days, Presentations, Newsletter Articles)
• Environmental Assessments/Certificate where appropriate
• Price Quotations
• A Non-Refundable Application Fee of $100 made payable to Agri-Adapt Council Inc.
